International Researcher Residency Program MMCA 2026

Program Description:
This program is organized by the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea (MMCA). It provides a platform for art professionals to develop global networks and collaborative programming. The program is open to all nationalities except for citizens of South Korea.
Location:
MMCA Changdong Residency, Seoul, South Korea.
Duration:
Three 10-week residency periods throughout 2026.
Support:
Monthly grant of 1,200,000 KRW (approx. 870 USD)
Total grant of 3,000,000 KRW for the entire residency period
Private studio with accommodation
Cost:
There is no application fee.
